Starting mid December 2023, letters were mailed to Seniors aged 87 and above who may qualify, followed by those aged 77-86 in January 2024, then those aged 72-76 in February 2024 and those aged 70-71 in March 2024. These letters include personalized application code and instructions on how to apply.
